Receive two bottles of wine

carefully select the wines to send you, based on seasonal appropriateness,
and how that wine will match with seasonal foods. You will
receive
some wines before they are released to the general public, with
the opportunity to save money. The cool part about the
wines is while all our wines meet our high standards (we don't
release something unless we love it), we will also be making
wines especially
for the wine club! Slated for wine-club-only release already are
a lemony Chardonnay and a huge, meaty Syrah - and Caris has
several
others in the works too. Experience world-class boutique winemaking
at its best.

to create recipes that match the best qualities of a wine with food
flavors - every month she'll include one or two that are sure to
make you happy, and that will also illustrate the magic that wine
and food together can make.
The
cost will average about $50 a month.
