The Lucy Dance • Crush Day
Saturday August 27th 2011
The winery will open at Noon
De-stemming grapes from 12:00 to 1:00
Crush Ceremony at 1:00
The Lucy Dance (grape stomp) from 1:15 - 4:00
Come dressed as Lucy and receive a bottle of Kiss as a parting gift!
The Trinity River Whalers will perform from 1 - 4
The group LUCY photo will be at 3 pm

includes a souvenir glass, live music and grape stomp
21+ only admitted
We do not take reservations for Crush Day
all seating is first come, first seated/served
2009 - 250 happy people contained about 80 Lucys, many pictured here - it was a glorious day!
Once
a year we have a public "crush" day...
We have newly
harvested fruit that we invite you to help crush - the first
step in making wine.
We call this "The Lucy Dance" after
the "I Love Lucy" episode where she crushed grapes
in a big barrel.
